Back to work finally
Good ol' Zone 7...
So lastnite I got to work at the same time as my spunky Puerto Rican boy Jonathon, and every now and then he'd call straight to my walkie-talkie radio and talk to me. We were working in different Zones so I could only see him in breaks and before/after shifts and get lots of cuddles - here my zone partner got jealous declaring "hey she's with me tonite not you!!!"

"Ah he only has her for half an hour, I have her all night".
Then they all spoke Spanish with little nods and motions toward me and I cried to Jonathon's shoulder that there was to be no talking about Vicki in Spanish with these older men when she can't understand it. He chuckled and said ok.
It was half-scary, half-nice. Dirty old men, they're worldwide.
It was so cold lastnite I couldnt feel the tip of my nose or my fingers by about 7pm. It's always colder in The Westside too for some reason. Despite that I still love Zone 7 and even 8. Tonite tho I'm taking my kick-ass leather gloves, and we're given little heat packs to activate and put in our gloves or pockets.
When shift finished Jonathon and I killed the 20mins til the bus got in by going to Pleasure Island to see his girlfriend then hang out in the club, Motions for a few songs where I got to dance rather rather close to him - this was met by more mock jealousy when Lucas my Brazilian boy who was working still at the Motions door saw us and pretended to get upset.
I hugged him and blew him a kiss and told him I still loved him and that I'd dance with him soon too.
It was about this time I was reminded of our production of A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Forum last year where I was hanging in the wings with every female castmember hanging off me.
What?? How did I become the plaything again??

Teehee.
That said, I did like the attention and it cheered me up.
My old roomie L.A has gone home now, so somebody has to be the tart while she's not here!
I liked working lastnite, it was good to go back to work after my 6 boring days off. And it's good being where everyone loves you :)
